Hirschfeld Announces Hiring of Clay Trantham

Hirschfeld Industries, one of the largest fully integrated fabricators of highly engineered structural steel components in North America, is pleased to announce the addition of Clay Trantham to its Executive team. Trantham will manage the Energy & Infrastructure Division which includes all steel fabrication and erection of coal and natural gas fired power generation plants, nuclear-related facilities, drilling components for oil production in deep-sea environments, large aircraft hangars, government/military projects, and large-scale sports, entertainment and hospitality facilities. Additionally, he will oversee the International Engineering/Drafting division (ConSteel) and the Hirschfeld Transportation division.

Prior to joining Hirschfeld, Trantham was the Steel Division President of a Fort Worth private equity company for two years, Vice President of Prospect Steel Company in Little Rock, Arkansas, for ten years and an active duty Line Officer with the US Navy for ten years.

Trantham holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy.
